The Resilient Leader Program is designed for leaders who are experiencing exhaustion, depletion and challenged with finding time for themselves.  It is specifically designed for care providers and leaders who work tirelessly for their patients, organizations and teams, and begin and end each day caring for children, families, households, aging parents and their community.  The reality is: the work and stress doesn’t go away, there is no magic bullet.  Our task is to find ways to recharge regularly to access the renewal response and find balance in caring for self and others.

Self-care is more than just a buzzword.  It is a fundamental aspect of prioritizing health and relationships and being able to recharge to manage anything that life throws your way.  Now more than ever, self-care is an essential service..for SELF so that you have the capacity and energy to be in service of others.

Resilient Leader is an experience to guide leaders through their own resiliency careplan to adopt self-care practices into daily life. Integrating our 4 Shades of Resilience, this ‘self-care bootcamp’ flows from Nutritional Harmony, Mindset Elevation, Heart & Soul Alignment and Synergy with Nature.  Leaders will feel energized and motivated to focus care towards self for the long haul.

The Resilient Leader program includes:

  • 3 x 3 hr weekly workshops via Zoom

  • Daily prompts for support, reflection, journaling, inspiration

  • Yoga and meditation (optional)

  • Handbook of 4 Shades of Resilience with self-care careplan

  • Emotional Intelligence Assessment (optional)

  • Connection with others

Throughout the Resilient Leader program, leaders will:

  • Explore the self-other continuum and how it relates to caregiver syndrome, resiliency and exhaustion

  • Explore the gifts of all emotions and learn practices to develop emotional agility

  • Develop mindful and nourishing practices for self-compassion & self-worth

  • Learn practices to quiet the ‘monkey mind’ and shift your internal dialogue

  • Integrate daily practices that optimize your health and well-being in body, mind, heart and soul

  • Design your own personalized self-care careplan

  • Support each other to shift your ways of working so you all integrate more resilient practices in your day together

  • Experience more joy, flow and ease in your life

  • Laugh and have fun

  • Join 3 hr Zoom session weekly for 3 weeks—this is our circle, our time to connect, share, learn, laugh and grow

  • Engage in participatory activities like group coaching, small group dialogue, 1:1 coaching, and other personal development tools

  • Adapt our signature Four Shades of Resilience methods to develop effective self-care strategies

  • Connect and share with each other via Habit Share app

  • Receive ongoing support through reflective journaling prompts, affirmations, and video check-ins sent to your inbox

  • Participate in guided online meditations 

  • Join in online Kundalini yoga classes

  • Review of 4 Shades of Resilience, focusing on Heart and Soul Alignment, deepening into emotional agility, ‘feeling’ stations

  • Use of the Awareness Wheel, learning partners

  • Meditation practice via Zoom plus a guided video to practice on own at home

  • Kundalini yoga class via Zoom

  • Habit Share app for support, reflective questions to guide your journaling, daily affirmations

  • Continuing and deepening your personalized self-care careplan

Week 3

  • 3 hr workshop via Zoom with interactive activities, breakout sessions and deeper dialogue

  • Review of 4 Shades of Resilience, focusing on Synergy with Nature

  • Practices for recharging, restoring and cultivating a kinder relationship to care for self

  • Meditation practice via Zoom plus a guided video to practice on own at home

  • Kundalini yoga class via Zoom

  • Reflective questions to guide your journalling, daily affirmations, prompts

  • Continuing and deepening your personalized self-care careplan and follow on support

  • Closing community
