Dori has designed and built/restored several homes transforming the space from tired and old to serene and welcoming. With each space, she has learned what ‘works’ to allow people to immerse themselves fully into an experience of care and love. People feel welcomed and at ‘home’ in her spaces whether it be a retreat guest, vacation guest or friend over for dinner. She specializes in unique accommodation options, sacred spaces and functional spacious kitchens to host gatherings and workshops.

Her design style is to work with clients to design a space that is both functional AND unique. She helps you keep on budget, on time while focusing on the unique feature that will leave people feeling recharged, cared for and nourished.

Often, her design ideas begin with a pencil scratch on a napkin or a finger drawing in the sand. The result is stunning treehouses or restored attics turned yoga studios.
