Emotions are the senses of our soul. They are to be treated as honoured guests. They are our teachers, soothers, motivators and messengers. Emotional Intelligence does not exist apart from relationships. We are created, developed, and sustained in relationship throughout our lives. Our brain and emotional competencies develop in relationship and connection with others.. As adults, our emotional intelligence is dynamic. Most of us run the gamut of being emotionally agile to emotionally hijacked depending upon the situation and the stress we are under.

This Emotional Assessment tool provides you with a profile of your internal experience when challenged or stressed in relationship.

The assessment is done online by watching a series of 8 video segments. You will receive the report and scheduled for a debrief of the assessment with Dori Howard of enso, a licensed Learning in Action practitioner and coach. This thorough debrief will also include recommendations for honing your emotional agility.

Coaching:

The follow up coaching session(s) allow us to take a deeper dive, recognize old patterns and begin to shift to ways of moving through emotions in healthy ways, especially during conflict.

Each coaching session is 60 mins plus follow-up resources and support.

By immersing yourself in this program, you will:

• gain insight and awareness to your emotional roadmap (NOTICE)

• recognize patterns and situations that trigger an emotional response (NAME)

• develop strategies to manage emotions in healthy ways and experience more ease (TAME)

What you will do to achieve this

• complete the assessment by watching 8 videos online, with a unique link to your profile

• engage in a thorough debrief with a licensed practitioner

• partner with a coach to deepen the learning and develop strategies
