Join us for Kundalini Yoga and Meditation. For those new and experienced with Kundalini Yoga, this series focuses on yoga kriyas and meditations that bring compassion to self and others. Now more than ever, we need to rise strong and heal ourselves, each other and the world by raising the vibration of ourselves and those around us.

Kundalini yoga is a powerful technology that is intended for everyone of all shapes, sizes and walks of life. Known as the yoga of awareness, each class incorporates movement and postures, as well as breath work, relaxation and meditation. The combination of repetitive movement, breathing and relaxing helps to exercise our ‘ nervous system’ making us more resilient and energized to deal with the day to day stressors of life.

What’s included:

  • Kundalini yoga class on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday mornings

  • Each class offers a different kriya (set) and meditation

  • Closing affirmation each session: quote, poem or passage that deepens the experience
