Emotions are the senses of our soul. They are to be treated as honoured guests. They are our teachers, soothers, motivators and messengers. Yet, we rarely learn how to manage our emotions or even talk about them.

This 5-Day Challenge will immerse into a fun and engaging way to learn about emotions, their gifts, what happens when we are hijacked by them, and strategies to manage them.
