Access to the breath is free and available anytime. We just need to know how, when, and why in order to bring back the breath to nourish, soothe, calm, release, nurture and fuel us. When you have conscious access to the breath, life is better. When we consciously breathe, we are able to deal with stress more effectively, manage emotions more gracefully and sleep more peacefully. The best thing about the breath, is that we have it available to us all the time and it costs nothing! Just our attention, intention and presence.

There is so much about breathing that we don’t know. In the book BREATH, James Nestor enlightens us to the many benefits of breathing and access to the Breath. We will reference this book quite a bit in the 5-Day Challenge, so pick up a copy for yourself and start reading…and breathing!

This 5-Day Challenge will immerse you into a fun and engaging way to learn about the importance of breath in emotional agility, better sleep, managing stress, meditations as a daily practice and much more!
